Automated generation

The report is generated automatically. It does not involve human, legal, or professional review unless that is expressly added later. Report generation occurs on secure servers; sensitive processing and any API access happen server-side, never in your browser.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for verifying all facts, deadlines, forms, filing requirements, and official procedures with the applicable city or town. The report may be incomplete or inaccurate if the information submitted is incomplete or inaccurate.
